I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing Jalana & Justin over a year ago at Manito gardens for their engagement session. It was clear to me then that this sweet couple, and their cute corgi Zoey, were destined for a life full of love. I was honored when they asked me to photograph their wedding. It had been a joy capturing the love they shared during their engagement session and I couldn't wait for their big day.
Their wedding took place at Beacon Hill Catering & Events on the afternoon of June 25, 2016. The sun peaked out from behind the clouds and a cool breeze made the venue idyllic for an outdoor ceremony.
The day was simply and perfectly lovely. With handmade signs by the bride, the venue took on a personal and intimate feel.
So much love radiated between the couple and their friends and family who made every detail go so smoothly, I could not have asked for a better wedding than this to kick off my wedding season. Each detail and smile was a joy to capture.

The ceremony took place at 5pm that Saturday. The evening sun glowed on the couple as their family and friends gathered to celebrate in their first steps towards husband and wife. The look these two had for each other was one of pure happiness. Their personalized vows were filled with laughter, happy tears, inside jokes and beautiful promises of commitment. Jalana and Justin made it clear to all there that with their wedding bands and vows they were starting a forever of genuine kindness, respect and true love for each other.
